Advice and quality
Do you have an item that is difficult to package? We will guide you through the whole process from beginning to end. We will do everything we can to satisfy our customers' needs and wishes. We do not opt for a standard solution, but for the best solution. We regard all our packaging as tailor-made. We deliberately do not publish a catalogue as every customer request is different. Your wishes will be analysed and we will translate each of your packaging ideas to our customizing process. Quality, flexibility, and customization are central to this. Quality is our priority and is at the heart of everything we do as a company.
The moulds and all the other necessary moulding tools used in thermoforming packaging materials are produced entirely in-house.
Before we start to make the final mould, we first produce a prototype. In this test phase, we check whether the packaging meets all the requirements, and you can verify that the packaging performs optimally in your production process.

ThermoformingMaking the packaging (finished product) more info
The plastic film needed in a later stage for thermoforming is made by means of film-extrusion. This is a continuous process in which mouldable plastic is pressed through a die to create a film. At the same time, the film is given a product-specific colour, which can be seen later in the packaging. The foil then goes through a number of rollers until it is the correct size. Foil quality determines a major part of the quality and continuity of packaging. Because we also look after the extrusion ourselves, we can ensure that our packaging is of constant quality and is always delivered on time.
Thermoforming is a production technique for manufacturing plastic packaging in which the plastic foil is pressed in a product-specific mould. This is done by means of heat, compressed air and movement. After that, holes may be punched in the plastic using a punching machine. Then a cutting tool trims excess material from the product. The product is then finished and will be stacked and packed. In general, what sets thermoforming apart from competing technologies such as injection moulding is that less material is used and tool costs are lower. This ensures that even smaller, new product requests can be handled.

LogisticsWe manage our own distribution more info
In extruding and thermoforming, there is waste material left after the actual product has been made. This material is carefully sorted. The surplus material, which would otherwise be thrown away, is all re-used so that it can still be turned into packaging. And that completes the circle.
We have our own modern distribution centre with a full sprinkler system and active fire protection. We manage the scheduling of transport ourselves to fulfil your delivery wishes perfectly. We satisfy all safety requirements and we are BRC Global Standard for Packaging & Packaging Materials level AA certified.
